Perth St. (no indication of how related) I found the 1900 census-the Charles age 6 (Casey's son) is a Carter not Dredden. Interesting note: I found Casey listed in 1900 with her father in Chester under the name of Carter and also in Germantown working for a family named Thomas but under the name of Dredden. Are you tracing all the Dreddens or just a particular line? There seems to be a lot of them and quite a variety of spellings. The census takers weren't always the brightest and sometimes their speling is atrocious! Let me know how I can help.
