If you have access to immigration records, I’m looking to see when Phoebe Marshall came to America.  She (most likely) came in the 1840s – possibly with her family.  Her parents were Joseph and Dorothy Marshall.  Her siblings were Maria, Elizabeth, Mary Ann and Millicent.  Phoebe was born in Mansfield, England in 1831.  Since she settled in Germantown, I suspect she came into Philadelphia.
