If so, then 23rd & Filbert would be in the 9th Ward, 29th & Thompson should be the 29th Ward, and 1923 Ann Street should be the 25th Ward. At the following website you have a genealogy of ward maps for Philadelphia: http://marie.bravepages.com/phila.htm You could use mapquest.com, type in your address, find out where it is today (if still in existence), then compare the modern map of today with the historical maps at this website, and you'll be able to figure out any address and what ward it use to be in.
