    3. In 1927 my grandmother's sister was interred at Holy Redeemer Cemetery. She was later removed ,however the cemetery has no record of where. Does anyone know if there is a Philadelphia or Pennsylvania records department that would track this information? Thanks for any help or sugestions. Leslie

    3. There is no government department that deals with reburials. Look for other family members' graves. She was probably moved to be with another family member. --- Leslie <ladez41@comcast.net> wrote: > In 1927 my grandmother's sister was interred at Holy > Redeemer Cemetery. 3. Am I understanding that Holy Redeemer has no record of the reinterment? Is this a Catholic cemetery? If so, the Catholic Cemeteries Office might be able to help you. I've found notes of reinterment in the cemetery from which the deceased was removed but also in the cemetery to which they were moved to; however, there is no consistency in this that I've noticed.
