Hi Larry- I think I found Joseph and Elizabeth Sweet, with their children, Francis, Catherine and William in the 1860 census. Maybe the granddaughter of Elizabeth Sweet in 1900 was the daughter of Francis(according to the census this Francis was male)? Joseph was 44, and worked as a tailor, and they lined int he 20th Ward of Philadelphia.
