It could be ward 27. That area appears to be a golf course today and not many streets go as far as 69th st. Found Fred in 1880 if you don't have it. I checked Ward 34 ED 893, as my great grandmother Sarah Crosland lived at 69th and Haverford. Can anyone help with the ward for Virginia RD N 69th st.
