Short taglines are allowed on our list provided they are not blatantly political, religious, or inciting subscribers to some action. Commercial taglines are not allowed by RootsWeb if they are selling something or inviting fee for services. I don't think in this instance that Gene is selling beer--just making an attempt at humor. That's allowed and if you don't like Gene's or anyone else's tagline--simply ignore the tagline.
