It is worth a try but I doubt that the Philadelphia Court Clerk will do it. Philadelphia city employees are not known for politeness or service. I also doubt that those records are still at the court. It is probably best to start at the Philadelphia Archives. The employees there are reasonably competent. They will have an index by name and date and will almost certainly be able to find complete papers for the case from the index entry. There also is very likely to be a Docket Book entry for the case which will show the nature of the case, the parties, and probably the outcome. The Docket entry may also include addresses of the parties. Don Don Krieger Pittsburgh, PA http://www.evendon.com **************An Excellent Credit Score is 750. See Yours in Just 2 Easy Steps!
