    3. Dear Brenda, It almost certainly is possible to get information about the case from the Clerk of the Court. They will have an index by name and date and will almost certainly be able to find complete papers for the case from the index entry. There also is very likely to be a Docket Book entry for the case which will show the nature of the case, the parties, and probably the outcome.
