I'm almost certain that St. Joe's is one of the orphanages I had great success with from PAHRC -- see http://www.pahrc.net/ for contact info. (I think St. Joseph's O merged with St. John's O). Orphanage records are handled separately from the sacramental register requests at PAHRC, so usually can be processed fairly quickly.
