    2. Vince, Frederick B Smith who enlisted 9-18-1861 in the 90th Pennsylvania Inf, Co. B applied for a pension in 1889 and then his widow applied in 1913 - she was Sarah A. He is also on the 1890 census of veterans and says he mustered out 9-16-1864. Could your Frederick have gone in a New York regt?
