For the church affiliation, try phoning Donna Miller (215-925-7788) at St. George's United Methodist Church in Philadelphia. They have a Museum of Methodism and have helpful info about the Methodist churches in the city. There was an Ashbury Street which name was changed to Randolph Street. I t runs Kater to South Street, west of 5th. Delancey Street exists today.
