It is not possible to tell exactly where these addresses were at that time because there have been address changes and the changes were not recorded and in 1820 Passyunk Ave. and Fitzwater St. were not in the city of Philadelphia. They were, probably, either in the Southwark District or Moyamensing Township. Possibly in Passyunk Township.
