I ask for help in finding; CHARLES E. FOXHILL b. April 1, 1887. 1900 census, he is with grandmother: Eliz Wood and his two sisters, Minnie and Gertrude. Their parents were: George W. Foxhill and Matilda (Wood) Charles is not to be found in the 1911-1930 city directories, nor the 1910/1920/1930 census. Died April 2nd 1931 at 660 N. 10th st. Phila. Pa. married: wife, Hannah. Informant: Mrs. Gertrude Maguire, 2646 N 12th st. Buried in Fernwood Cemetery with his married sisters and other surnames. No obit is available. Charles is not found in the WW1 draft cards. Matilda is not in the 1900 census, so I thought she had died, but found her obit of 1922. It states she was "widow" of George, but George was in Hudson, NJ in 1900 and in 1907 married again. He died 1925. Minnie married Clyde Mauger/Manger and Gertrude married James Maguire. NOTE: this is not encouraging but! Foxhill's have been found in the census under: Fofhill Foxhile Forhill Forbell Fosshrol Towhill Faxhill Fophiel Foshill Foxhall Tobhiss Loxhis! Thank you, Jane

Ive been looking for over two hours for a clue on Charles Foxhill and he is a worse mystery than my William Lawson! Well I did find a daughter that died that belongs to Gertrude Maguire.? Florence May Maguire died September 12, 1911 and is buried at Glenwood Cemetery.? Parents were Hugh S. Maguire and Gertrude Foxhill of 2316 Columbia Avenue in the 29th Ward.? Did you know about her?
