I have a death cert and a 1900 census -- trouble is I can't be certain it's the guy. A newspaper article would be great, especially if it mentioned his wife/divorcee. I'm not sure Molly was divorced from him, but that death cert is for a guy who was divorced, despite his age of only about 37. Molly would have been Catholic. She was born somewhere between 1871 and 1878, though I think closer to the former date -- say about 1873. I have several census for Molly, but none of them includes Heffernan, as they were wed Dec. 24 1906, and she already was not with him in 1910. Thanks for any assist! Unfortunately, I don't know it! However, I do know Molly remarried Lucas Oakley McAfee in 1908-1909. Now the guy who is listed as dead and divorced was buried June 27, 1912.
