    3. You can contact the main office there and some records are available but there is a time limitation due to privacy laws. As far as the epilepsy, I wouldn't say it would be a cover up...that is actually how they handled those kinds of illnesses before medical advances. As a kid one of my aunts said she had a severe case of epilepsy, I have always wondered if this might have been a cover up for something more serious. This cousin died in 1953.
