    2. I've found that the houses are not in order, they skipped over them and came back. Also at the end of the district there are pages of people missed. In a message dated 4/3/2012 3:07:22 P.M. My question is, If a house is empty would the enumerator have listed it, and listed it as empty? My thinking is no it would not have been listed.
