Phillips and he Married America do not know maiden name I think some where around the 1800's. I know that they were both married before They had My father in 1909 and I do not know when William died but I know America died in Putnam County Florida in 1914. My dad was only 5 years old . ,I think he was raised by a half sister. All sibings are dead now.
