I haven't come across James Phillips living in Rector household, and I have been looking for my Phillips' in Vigo County, same time period. Most of my Phillips stayed in Sugar Creek Township, West Terre Haute. There was a Goldie Phillips in West Terre Haute during this time...is she anyone you may need?? Pam Lawhorn
