They may have originated in Frederick Co. or Loudoun Co. VA. In 1830, Barnet, Nelson, Daniel and George Phillips are in Goshen Twp. Belmont Co. Ohio. All were born in Virginia. All were born 1790-1800 per this census except Daniel, who was born 1780-1790. Per later census information, Barnet was born abt 1799, Nelson abt 1796, George abt 1793. In 1840, a William Phillips joins them in Goshen Twp. Are these Phillips brothers or otherwise related? Any information about them would be very much appreciated. Ron Bloch
