Phillips. He was born Jan.23, 1889. My grandmother's name was Dorthey Evans Talcott Phillips. He had 2 children by a previous marriage named Raymond and Ruth. She had 2 children also named Gene and Earl Talcott. Together they had 5 children named Donald, Carl, Victor, Dale and Esther. I am trying to trace my ancestors on both sides.
