My dad was Richard Allen Phillips, who was killed in the line of duty (police officer) in 1957. We lost all contact with his family after that. We don't have much info. about his family to go on, but maybe someone will recognize a name and can help us out. Parents are: T.G Phillips who married Ethel Florence Payne. Siblings are: Eunice, Eugene, Charles, and Marcella. Dad was born in Muskogee, Oklahoma, and the family moved to California, where dad died in El Segundo. We think that T.G.(initials are all we have here) came from Georgia or Oklahoma. If anyone can shed some light on this branch of the Phillips family tree, please email me and thank you for reading this!
