She wrote a family history entitled "Briefly Biographical - a Genealogy of the Palmer Family" in 1954, and apparently distributed hand-typed copies to interested family members. I have only the information contained in that report, would it be of any interest to you? She was the daughter of Alan Jerome Phillips (b. unknown, d. about 1884) and Annie Adeline Palmer (b. 1 Jan 1867, d. 10 Jan 1890.) She was raised by her Palmer relatives.
