Earnest is the son of William & Martha Phillips, who were living in Tipton County, Ind, in 1880. This family migrated to MO and then onto Arkansas. Earnest is not with the family in Arkansas. He is my grandmother's brother and I do not have much data for him. I will be happy to share what data I do have. Jerri Stephenson
