We are both descended from the same Elizabeth Hunter Phillips Barfoot! In past years I have made contact with several other Barfoot decendants, although I have not worked on my family history in several years. Re: Elizabeth---I am MOST interested in knowing about her mother, Nancy ?? Hunter (Mrs. Malcolm). I have never been able to pinpoint her birth name, parents, etc., although it has been hinted that she may have been a Henderson. (Others suggest that she was a Hayward.)
