Phillips and Caroline (Carol) Huber Phillips. I know they had 2 sons named, Elton Durham and Kenneth. Elton was m to Nelretta Stoner and he died to Orange County, Ca. He worked for the University. I have his death certificate. Caroline's family was from Monmouth, Polk County, Or.but, I believe they lived around Portland when these boys were born. Any help? Betty
