April 01, 1795, in NY) and his wife Lydia BAKER (b. Sept. 30, 1796 in NY). A daughter claimed to be born in St. Lawrence Co., NY. All of Allen's children were born in NY, however, he moved his family to Lenawee Co., MI about 1838. He then moved to Nemaha Co., NE, by 1860. Their children were: Betty PHILLIPS William Baker PHILLIPS (b. abt 1818) m. Joanna SKATES and Lydia Unknown Lydia PHILLIPS (b. abt. 1821) m. Aaron DYE Mary PHILLIPS (b. abt. 1823) m. Calvin E. PHIPPENNEY Er PHILLIPS (b. abt. 1825) m. Melinda MILES Sally PHILLIPS (b. abt. 1833) m. Chester R. CAMP Lucinda PHILLIPS (b. abt. 1836) m. Unknown THOMPSON Known brothers of Allen's were: Christopher "Kit" PHILLIPS Sam PHILLIPS Abel Russell PHILLIPS (b. Sept. 02, 1805) m.
