He was born about 1923 in Albany/Dotson Georgia. His siblings are JOE/JOSEPH and IOLA PHILLIPS. EARNEST has two sons J. E. (1958) & S PHILLIPS. Their mother maiden name is OXENDINE she told him that their father went to jail in Florida for murder. And she does not know when and long he went to jail. We do not know if EARNEST is dead or alive. Thank you in advance for any information.
