She was born April 27, 1881. Her parents are John Phillips and Sarah Duffus. I think I may have found the family in the 1881 Scotland census but she is not on it as it was taken on the 3/4 of April. In the 1881 census John Phillips is missing the (S) at the end of his name. If I do have the right family there should be another child after Rachel as there was 9 in total.
