I have an Elizabeth Phillips, born @1817, married William Jackson Grady in Clarke County, moving to Texas mid 1850's. The Gradys were in Franklin County, but I have no more info on the Phillips. Oh, yes, Elizabeth Phillips had a brother named Andrew Pickens Phillips. Do any of these names sound familiar?
