He was born July 18,1867 and died in Colquitt or Worth county Georgia in Sept 1941. They are both buried in Kimball Methodist Church and Cemetary in Anderson City Of Worth county Ga. I am at a standstill of where he was born in Ga and who his parents were. I also know that his parents were of Ga according to the Census 1910 and 20 census. Can anyone help me on this Thomas Phillips?
