I know that Lucretia Elisabeth Folkes has a famous family member named Martin Folkes, so I have been trying, (so far in vain) to find evidence to link up. I wondered if it was possible that Herbert Martin Phillips, born 1763 might have been the Mr Philipps who married Jane Rowland and become the father of Herbert john, richard, and Griffith Martin Phillips/philipps. So all rather tenuous really. I need a lot more information on the descendants of Griffith and Lucretia.
