Dec 3, 1971 in Washington State. He was in WWI mustered out of Montana. His family resided in Baker, Montana. He married Freda Bjorson in Welles, Nevada. Albert worked on the railroad. He had two children born in Nevada and four born in Montana, two of which died. I believe his father was John Alling Phillips and Lewellyn Ensey or Ensley (not sure of spelling of wifes name) Parents died in Baker Montana. Any information on any of these would be very helpful.
