I am searching for family of Steven G Phillips who was the race announcer at Roosevelt Raceway in New York. He is also the inventor of the mobile harness racing starter gate. What I have found indicates he died in 1973 in Xenia Ohio. I am searching for his son also, who would be my grandfather. His name when he married my grandmother was Charles A Bell, but I understand he may have changed his name to Charles A Phillips. Last known, he resided in Manhattan and Charles would be about 75-80. thank you.
