They lived in Manhattan in the 1920 Federal Census, and she was a widow in 1930 and lived in Brooklyn. They had two children between these censuses and he would have passed away some time after 1922 or 23 but before 1930. I am particularly interested in locating any descendants. James was born in Warrington England in 1875 to John Francis Phillips of Drinagh, Roscommon, Ireland, and Suzanne Marie Downes of Warrington. I also have previous messages regarding this info request on these forums under the user name kasha58. Also if anyone has info on how I could isolate his date of death and the borough in which he died I would be appreciative.
