My dad was Ralph waldo Phillips Jr. I am his oldest daughter, Ruth Eleanor Ragsdale. I have info sent to me by Ralph Sr's daughter Marion Milum of Batesville, Ark. (Mrs. John Milum) but have moved recently and still have to find the info. I have 2 brothers, Randy Wayne Phillips, Ricky Wendell Phillips, and a sister Rita Dianne Minich. My Dad died in Dayton, Nv.
