PHILLIPS, living in Tipton County, IN in 1880. They may be related to my ggrandfather, William PHILLIPS, b: 1849 in IN, who, also, was living in Tipton in 1880. William's father was born in KY, his mother in IN. He married Martha M. (Mattie) unknown, b 1849, and had the following children: Omer b: 1876, Earnest b: abt 1879, Maggie Mae b: abt 1883, Harry b: 1884 and Lum b: 1890. I welcome any information. Thanks, Jerri Stephenson
