Hi everyone, Could anyone tell me if the 1891 Census is out for the Northumberland area of Canada? I am trying to see if Josiah and Agnes Phillips had any other children besides Reginald.. I have a copy of the 1881 Census for Northumberland, Percy County and it shows Josiah, Agnes, Reginald (age 1) and Elizabeth Spencer.. I would greatly appreciate any response about the census..
