Vicki, I have been wondering if your Edgar E. Phillips was any relation to my Phillips family. I also had an ancestor named Edgar E. Phillips who was born in NY in the 1820s and went to Michigan as a child, and then to Iowa in the 1860s. Is your Edgar E. Phillips the one who was from Ohio and then lived in Indiana or Ill.???
