I am fairly certain this is the wife of Norval Phillips, since her maiden name was Stiles. The informant listed on the death certificate is Clyde Phillips. Clyde was a son of Norval and Delila. Norval is listed as a son of Asbury and Orpha in the 1850 Census. Unfortunately, I don't have any more information on Asbury and Orpha than you do. Jim Preston
