Hello everyone I would like to know if someone out there could look at a 1891 Census of Northumberland, township of Percy, in Ontaio and see if there is a listing for a Josiah and Agnes PHILLIPS. I have a census for 1881, and would like to know if the family listing is the same in 1891. I tried to e-mail Debbie McNabb and her e-mail bounced back to me.. Any help would be greatly appreciated..
