PHILLIPS (father of Isaac) b: [abt 1815] in North Carolina NOTE: 1900 Census, Kansas, Douglas County, Grant Township, ED #55, Sheet 6, Line 17 - shows James S. PHILLIPS at age 84 [birth year 1815] was living in the same household as his son, Isaac PHILLIPS. His father and mother were born in North Carolina. Could James S. PHILLIPS possibly be the first son of Absalom PHILLIPS and Frances H. Thomas of Chatham and Moore Counties in North Carolina? Thank you. Gerry Kirk Germantown, MD
