Andrew and Elizabeth married c. 1818 "near Steubenville, OH", were then in Brown co. OH, Parke co. IN, and back to OH post-1851 where they died, dates and place not known. Six sons, one dt. in OH (?), IN, IA, KS. Any additional or corroborating information (excl. census 1820-50) re: Andrew PHILLIPS and Elizabeth BARR would be welcome.
