There are many Phillips there, also Mosleys and Revels (Which Clarice mentioned in her post about the cemetery) I do know that many Phillips migrated to GA, my line did not, so I can't be more specific. On the 1870 Robeson census I show an Enoch Phillips age 23, maybe this is your Enoch's father? He could have been named after him. ( Shooting in the dark here! ~grin~)
