I have been searching for info on my great grandfather Bernard Phillips, who was born around 1843 in Bally? in County Mayo. I have his death certificate (died in 1918 in Australia) but the writing on the certificate stating the town he was born in is indecipherable. Any info you may have would be more than welcome.
