Does anyone know who the George Phillips is that is listed in the 1820 census of Greene County, Georgia? There are several Phillips listed but they are all mine. They all belong to Mark Phillips. I am looking for the parents of George. Thanks for any help. Debbie
For Debbie McNabb and other list members: I believe two of the names Debbie mentions (Reuben and Mark PHILLIPS) occur in the records in early Craven County, NC. This suggests that they may have come from there.
