I am still working on this line and willing to correspond. I have Esther Vickrey's ancestry for many generations; I have the information that Nancy Kiser mentions about William Phillips' ancestry. I have seen no evidence of native American background on either side, nor is there any tradition of native American blood in the Indiana branch of the family (the descendants of Richard Harrison Phillips, Luarcha's brother).
