Richard Phillips married Ada Scott dtr. of Zed and Betty Foe Scott Children: Elbert Phillips, Henry, Grady, Fred, Zed, Ellen, Jim, Nancy (Nora, Mary, Claude -- died as babies) Bertha, Betty, and Lanty. I have been looking around the Marlinton, Hillsboro, Cass, Lobelia type area, but as you know, people were scattered all over the place!
