My husbands mother was a phillips. Her name is Hazel Bonita Phillips Harper. Her father was Jesse Lane Phillips. Jesse was born in 1895. He was raised in Bear Creek, Chatham Co NC. I know his father and mother were George and Lydia Phillips. His brothers were Burt, Percy, Roland, and I think there were 2 other brothers and a sister. I know his family is buried at the Edwards Cemetery. Are you familiar with any of these names?
