Your George Phillips may be the son of my Noah Phillips. Noah had a son named George F. Phillips, born in 1859. So he would have been of the right age to have been Jesse's father. Unfortunately, I have no data on his wife's name, so I don't know if this is the same George who was married to Lydia. Do you have any information about George's parents or grandparents?
